RETURNS & FAQs
We hope that you will love everything you buy from us, however, we promise to refund any item you are unhappy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition within 21 days (this has been extended for Christmas Time) of the date shown on your delivery note.
- Items are unworn and unwashed.
- Items are not soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke)
- Items have all tags attached.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org telling us which items you wish to return and the reasons why you wish to return them. We will send you a Return Code, please make sure to note the Return Code on your package when you return it to us or, alternatively, print the return email and include it in your package.
If your order was in the sale or purchased with the use of a discount code, you will receive a refund that includes the discount originally given. If your order consists of multiple items and you want to return one or some of the items, the discount will be a pro rata percentage of the discount originally given, based on the cost of the item(s).
Please note that your delivery fee will be deducted from the final cost of returned items including orders that availed of the free delivery offer for orders over €100 (some countries are excluded from this offer you can check here for specific delivery details. and any taxes and/or duties paid locally unfortunately cannot be refunded.
We do not cover the cost of returning items. You can return items to us by post – they need to be shipped back to us within 21 days of dispatch.
Return the package by using your local Post Office or courier of your choice. Please ensure that you obtain a proof of postage as items being sent back are your responsibility until they reach us.

Refunds will be processed within approximately 7 business days for all orders after we receive your return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The original delivery charge including orders that availed of the FREE WORLDWIDE DELIVERY offer for orders over €100 offer will be applied to all returned items.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We will email you once we have received your items. We will check them for quality. Should there be an issue with your refund, we will contact you within 48 hours. Once the refund has been agreed, we will credit you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately at this time we do not offer an exchange service. If need another size or style, we will complete a refund for the returned item and you can make a new order for the item you desire.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE INCORRECT AMOUNT
Please contact our Customer Care team at email@example.com with your full name and order number so we can deal with your query. Please note the original delivery fee (exact amount - we currently subsidise delivery charges) including orders that availed of the free delivery over €100 offer will have been deducted from your original order.
I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
If you think there is a fault with an item you have received from us contact our Customer Care team at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, order number, description and photograph of the fault.
We aim to resolve any issues with faulty items as soon as we can within office hours but we need you to inform us of any faults as soon as you discover them so that we can resolve the issue for you.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us at email@example.com within 60 minutes of placing your order to ensure cancellation.
Unfortunately, if your order has been dispatched you cannot cancel your order. However you can return your order to us within 21 days of despatch. Please note shipping charges will have been deducted from your original order.
I HAVE SEEN A PRODUCT BUT IT NO LONGER SEEMS TO BE IN STOCK.
We understand how frustrating it is when you have your heart set on a particular item and when you go to purchase you are informed that the item is out of stock, unfortunately onesies move at a fast pace at Onesieful and our most popular products do sell out very quickly. However we may be able to source some more stock of that item so please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org describing the item and we will see what we can do.
We add new items to the site every week so if your chosen product is no longer listed on site you may be able to find a similar item by browsing through the categories listed at the top of the homepage.
WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE ON TIME
99% of your orders are delivered within the specified times given, however, we cannot provide absolute guarantees with regards to exact delivery times or accept responsibility for loss, inconvenience or any distress caused as a result of orders not arriving on time. We use a third party courier with a great reputation, however, on rare occasions packages will be delayed or lost. We appreciate the understanding of all our customers.
MY ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED
If you were expecting to receive your order and it has not arrived. Please email us at email@example.com with your name and order number and our Customer Care Team will get back to your as quickly as possible with an update.
ARE THE SIZES LISTED ON ONESIEFUL IN EUROPEAN OR UK SIZES?
The clothing and shoe sizes listed on the Onesieul site are in UK sizes. If you wish to see further size conversions please refer to our size guide for further information.
WHAT BRANDS DO YOU SELL?
We primarily sell PRIMARK ONESIES because of their fabulous range and quality. However when we can’t find a colour or maybe an animal such as a Unicorn (they do exist!) in the Primark onesie range, we go on the hunt. We search high and low for our dear customers and we’ve been lucky to find onesie makers all over the world that can fill the gaps in our collection so that we can bring you the best onesie range on the internet. We have onsie for children, Men's and Women's.
HOW WILL I KNOW IF I AM BUYING A PRIMARK ONESIE?
Our Primark onesies are clearly marked as | Primark and our non-Primark are marked as our own as | Onesieful.
